Terms & Conditions
(1) All prices are strictly non-negotiable

(2) All prices are exclusive of postage fees unless otherwise stated

(3) All item(s) are strictly brand new

(4) All orders are taken on a first-come-first-serve basis, with regards to our policy on granting priorities (see clause 5)

(5) Priority is granted to those with confirmed orders and who can make payment immediately (within 30 minutes)

(6) Once "confirm(ed)" is stated anywhere in your comment, your order is automatically confirmed and item will be reserved for you for 48 hours

(7) Stating that you can make immediate payment will also automatically confirm your order, and item will be reserved for you for 30 minutes

(8) Failure to make payment within 30 minutes when "immediate payment" is stated will result in immediate blacklisting and item will be resold. Hence please DO NOT state that you can make immediate payment if you are unable to do so, thank you.

(9) All payment is to be made within 48 hours upon receiving confirmation email, or else order will be considered invalid, item resold, and you will be blacklisted

(10) Any dead buyers/backing out after confirming will also result in immediate blacklisting, and item will be resold

(11) We do not encourage orders through email. However, we will still accept them AFTER we accept all orders through comments.

(12) Requests for additional photos/measurements will not be entertained

(13) Strictly no refunds/exchanges once item is sold, unless we mail you the wrong items. In the event of special cases, we will view them on a case-by-case basis. We will, however, do thorough checks for defects before mailing, so not to worry.

(14) Strictly no trades 

(15) Strictly no reservations. Item will be sold to the first buyer with a confirmed order.

(16) We usually accept a flat rate of SGD $1 for normal postage, unless otherwise stated. Please bear in mind that postage costs vary with the weight of items, hence postage for certain items may be more costly than others. 

(17) For Registered Post, SGD $2.24 is to be added on top of normal postage

(18) Apparel Aloud is not to be held responsible for any items lost during transition (hence, please opt for Registered Post if you want to play safe - see clause 17)

(19) All images/material on the site strictly belongs to Apparel Aloud

(20) Apparel Aloud is to be seeked for permission before the usage of any images/material beyond our site, and then to be given due credit where necessary

(21) Apparel Aloud reserves the right to amend any clause of our Terms & Conditions without prior notice
