How to order?
To order
(1) Simply leave a comment with your name, your email, and of course, the name of the item(s) you wish to purchase and we'll send you a confirmation email shortly :)
Gaining Priority
Note: There are two ways to gain priority. See (2) and (3) below.
(2) State "confirmed" in the title of your comment to gain priority
***Note that "confirmed" stated anywhere else in comment will also automatically confirm your purchase
(3) Stating that you can make immediate payment (within 60 minutes) will also gain you priority
***Note that stating this will also automatically confirm your purchase
(4) Do note that once you confirm your purchase, items will automatically be reserved for you for 48 hours. Hence, any backing out/deadbuyers will result in immediately blacklisting.
(5) Non-confirmed comments will only be entertained after confirmed ones
(6) Please DO NOT state that you can make immediate payment if you are unable to do so within 30 minutes! Failure to do so when otherwise stated will result in immediate blacklisting.
(7) Please DO NOT confirm your order if you don't wish to really purchase the item(s), thank you. We take orders very seriously!
Payment Details
(8) All payment is to be made within 48 hours
(9) Please DO NOT confirm your order if you are unable to make payment within 48 hours, thank you. Failure to make payment within 48 hours when order is confirmed will result in immediately blacklisting.
(10) We accept only POSB/DBS bank transfers/cash deposits, as inter-bank transfers will take 2-3 days to process, hence exceeding 48 hours of designated time
(11) Bank account numbers will only be revealed in confirmation email so as to prevent transferring of money when item is already out of stock
(12) If you're paying through Internet-Banking, include your transaction reference number and initials used
***Livejournal users please use your LJ nick as initials!
(13) If you're paying through ATM transfer, please include a photo of your receipt, thank you
Postage Details
(14) We accept a flat rate of SGD $1 for normal postage, unless otherwise stated. Please bear in mind that postage costs vary with the weight of items, hence postage for certain items may be more costly than others.
(15) For Registered Post, SGD $2.24 is to be added on top of normal postage
(16) Items will be mailed out within 3 days of purchase, and then it'll take another 2-4 working days to arrive
(17) Apparel Aloud is not to be held responsible for any items lost during transition (hence, please opt for Registered Post if you want to play safe)
